Do you have evening appointments?
Yes. Most of our clients work during the day and come in the evening. We have clients who have appointments as late as 9 pm.
Do you have in-person or virtual appointments?
We have both. We believe that we lose something in virtual appointments. However, due to COVID, some clients prefer to make their appointments virtually. Then others prefer to come into the office for in-person visits.
Do you accept insurance?

Most of our clients pay out of pocket. We also accept United Healthcare/Optum and Cigna and are in the process of being paneled with more insurance companies.

We are an out-of-network provider if we do not take your insurance. In this case, you must pay out of pocket and submit your insurance provider for reimbursement.

We will provide you with a “superbill” that you submit to your insurance company. They will reimburse you at the out-of-network rate. Please contact your insurance company to determine what percentage they cover for out-of-network providers.

Can I cancel my appointment? Do you have a cancellation policy?
Of course, you can cancel your appointment. However, if you cannot make your session, please call at least 24 hours in advance to let us know. If you are a no-call or no-show, we will charge you $25 on your next visit.
Do you work with men? Women? Couples? Children?
We work with adult men and women, couples, and families. We do not work with children or adolescents. If your child needs therapy, we can refer to therapists who work with children.
Do you do pre-marital counseling?
Yes, we do pre-marital counseling. I have a certification in the Prepare-Enrich program. We will conduct an assessment and go over the assessment results to determine the goals of therapy.
